Wellington Library has a small range of manga in it's teenage reading section. This area is on the ground floor between local history and kids books. Wellington Library also has a few Japanese language books and tapes upstairs in the language section.

WH Smith in Wellington is conveniently located right by Wellington Train Station. However it doesn't have a great manga section … in fact the couple of titles they have are mixed in with the teenage reading section towards the back of the store.
